Investor representation

We represent the investor in dealings with contractors, designers, authorities and other parties.

Preparation of the investment, support with purchasing an investment plot and assessing it technically against construction expectations, as well as the development options for the area selected by the investor.

  • Soil testing for the presence of contamination, pollutants and waste.

  • We commission tests and technical inspections for individual stages.
  • We regularly report to the investor on the status of the project (progress, risks, delays, costs).
  • We participate in technical and final acceptance inspections.
  • We help prepare as-built documentation and obtain an occupancy permit.
